The pizza is delicious and the tossed salad with mozzarella has been a favorite of mine and my family since I was a teenager in the 80's! Whenever I happen to be in Stamford, always have to stop by Hope Pizza
I grew up on this pizza and it's great. The staff is super friendly, and genuine. Like family. The pizza is always great, especially if you like Greek pizza - there's none better. I never loved the in-restaurant dining. It's not bad, just old and a bit outdated, though it's know they've been doing some renovations, so hopefully that's changed.
Pano and his staff are great. Food is always good, service is friendly, portions are generous and prices are right. How can you go wrong. You can't. Hope Street gives off that good old Italian joint place and we like it.

Delicious pizza. Ambiance was decent- a regular pizza shop with some extra seating. Chicken tenders were decent (probably wouldn't get again). Would certainly return for the pizza and excellent service!
Love a Greek pizza spot! Truly some of the nicest and friendliest staff ever! Pizza was ehhh but the experience made up for it for sure. I had a personal ziti pizza. The person I was with had a personal pizza with chicken and gyro. We shared the cheesy garlic bread which was very good (ask for a side of sauce to go with)
So glad they reopened for dine in! We love this place, everything is very good. Everyone leaves happy, including when you pay the check as prices are reasonable.
My rating is dependent on the quality, taste, and freshness. You cannot compare this with italian pizza, they are two separate things. The fieryness of the pepperoncini and the cheese was spot on. They had long lines out the door and it was understandable. Don't buy their aglio e olio pasta, it was below average and didn't make sense. The jalapenos were flat in flavor, but it wasn't bad with chicken and pineapple on a large original. I really hope to sit down and have their pizzas fresh, as I'm sure it's much different when piping hot. Will be back to critique more!
